Ordering Instructions for Additional compliance Labels

Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 303 compliant fuel door labels (Part Number L1-498) for this program are being sent directly to owners of affected vehicles.

Additional labels may be ordered by calling the Recall Hotline at 1-800-325-5621. Inform the operator you are calling in regard to Special Field Action Program 00L07. Be prepared to provide your name, address, dealer P & A code, and how many labels you need.

DEALER PRICE

Dealers will not be charged for the supplemental safety certification labels ordered under this program.
