Initial Inspection

INSTRUMENT PANEL ILLUMINATION

1. Verify the customer concern by operating the instrument illumination.
2. Visually inspect for the following obvious signs of electrical damage.

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART
^ Blown fuse(s)
^ Damaged wiring harness
^ Loose or corroded connections
^ Circuitry
^ Bulb(s)

3. If the fault is not visually evident, determine the symptom and proceed to Symptom Chart. Diagnosis By Symptom
