RELATED DAMAGE
Related damage repairs may be claimed if a component covered by this program caused the failure and damaged a non-covered component. Related damage for this FSA does not require prior approval, but the appropriate supporting documentation must be retained for possible claim review.

ADDITIONAL LABOR TIME

OWNER REFUNDS

^ Refunds are not to be processed by dealers for repairs made prior to August 26, 2009. Owners that believe they are entitled to a refund for such repairs should be directed to the Ambulance Glass Action Settlement website, www.ambulancesettlement.com.

^ Ford Motor Company will only refund owner-paid emergency repairs that were made away from the servicing dealer and performed after August 26, 2009. Non-covered repairs, or those judged by Ford to be excessive, will not be reimbursed.

RENTAL VEHICLES

CLAIMS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

^ Enter claims using Direct Warranty Entry (DWE).

^ Related damage must be claimed on a repair line that is separate from the repair line on which the FSA is claimed.

^ "MT" labor should be submitted on a separate repair line with the related damage flag checked.

^ Refer to ACESII manual for claims preparation and submission information.

^ Claims must be prepared following warranty and policy guidelines using warranty part pricing and warranty labor rate at full cost. Claims eligible for reimbursement will then be paid at 50% or 25% of the claim total according to the pro-rated terms of this program. The dealer is required to collect the remaining 50% or 75% from the vehicle owner.
