Normal Operation
The exterior mirror control switch uses circuits 540 (RD), 541 (DB), 542 (YE), 543 (DG) and 544 (VT) to control the exterior mirror movement.
- When power is directed through circuit 540 (RD)/543 (DG) and ground through circuit 542 (YE), the LH/RH exterior mirror operates left.
- When ground is directed through circuit 540 (RD)/543 (DG) and power through circuit 542 (YE), the LH/RH exterior mirror operates right.
- When power is directed through circuit 541 (DB)/544 (VT) and ground through circuit 542 (YE), the LH/RH exterior mirror operates down.
- When ground is directed through circuit 541 (DB)/544 (VT) and power through circuit 542 (YE), the LH/RH exterior mirror operates up.

- Circuit 540 (RD) open
- Circuit 541 (DB) open
- Circuit 542 (YE) open
- Circuit 543 (DG) open
- Circuit 544 (VT) open
- Exterior mirror control switch
- Exterior mirror motor
