Normal Operation
Under normal operation, the instrument cluster module (ICM) grounds the accessory delay relay through circuit 1332 (LB). Power is sent to the LH front window control switch through circuit 400 (LB/BK) from the accessory delay relay. The LH front window control switch is grounded through circuit 57 (BK).

Possible Causes
- Open in circuits 400 (LB/BK), 57 (BK) or 1332 (LB)
- Damaged accessory delay relay
- Damaged battery saver relay
- Damaged CJB
- Inoperative ICM
- Fuse
- Inoperative LH front window control switch
