Removal and Installation
1. Drain the engine cooling system.
2. Remove the intake manifold.
3. Remove the 3 bolts, the bypass tube, and discard the bypass tube gaskets.
^ To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.)
4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Inspect the mating surfaces and clean the sealing surfaces with metal surface prep and silicone gasket remover. Follow the directions on the packaging.
^ Install new bypass tube gaskets.
