OASIS ACTIVATED?

Yes. OASIS was activated on December 22, 2006

FSA VIN LIST ACTIVATED?

Yes, FSA VIN lists became available through the website on December 22, 2006. Owner names and addresses became available on January 12, 2007.

NOTE:
Your FSA VIN list may contain owner names and addresses obtained from motor vehicle registration records. The use of such motor vehicle registration data for any purpose other than in connection with this program is a violation of law in several states, provinces, and countries. Accordingly, you must limit the use of this listing to the follow-up necessary to complete this field service action.

STOCK VEHICLES

Correct all affected units in your new vehicle inventory before delivery.

SOLD VEHICLES

^ Owners of affected vehicles will be directed to dealers for repairs.

^ Immediately contact any of your affected owners whose vehicles are not on your VIN lists but are identified in OASIS. Give the owner a copy of the Customer Notification Letter and schedule a service date.

^ Correct other affected vehicles identified in OASIS which are brought to your dealership.

TITLE BRANDED / SALVAGED VEHICLES

Affected title branded and salvaged vehicles are eligible for this Field Service Action.

RELATED DAMAGE

Related damage claims are not approved for this program.

ADDITIONAL LABOR TIME

^ This repair will require no additional labor time to complete. Claims submitted with "MT" labor will not be accepted for reimbursement.

^ If you encounter aftermarket equipment or modifications to the vehicle which might prevent the repair of the covered condition, call the Special Service Support Center.

OWNER REFUNDS

Refunds are not authorized for this program.

RENTAL VEHICLES

If replacement of the accelerator pedal assembly is necessary on a customer's vehicle, Ford will pay up to $50.00 per day for a rental vehicle. Ford will not pay for fuel and insurance which will be at the owner's expense. Rentals should be provided only while the vehicle is at the dealership for part replacement. Enter the word "RENTAL" plus the number of days the vehicle was used in the Miscellaneous Expense area of the claim form.

^ Enter claims using Direct Warranty Entry (DWE).

^ Refer to ACESII manual for claims preparation and submission information. PROGRAM TERMS: This program will be in effect through June 30, 2008.
