Inspect
    Wheels
      Inspect the wheels and related components for abnormal noise, wear, looseness, or drag, If using special operating conditions.
    Vehicle
      Check and top up fluid levels: brake, coolant recovery reservoir, manual and automatic transmission (if equipped with an underhood dipstick), power steering and window washer. Inspect tires for wear and check air pressure, including spare. Check exhaust system for leaks, damage, loose parts, and foreign material. Check battery performance. Check operation of horn, exterior lamps, turn signals and hazard warning lights. Check radiator coolers, heater and air conditioning hoses. Inspect windshield washer spray and wiper operation. Check windshield for cracks, chips and pitting. Inspect for oil and fluid leaks. Inspect engine air filter. Inspect half shaft dust boots, if equipped. Check shocks and struts and other suspension components for leaks and damage. Inspect steering linkage. Inspect accessory drive belt(s). Inspect clutch operation. if equipped. If not using Special Operating Conditions.
    Universal Joint, Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Inspect and lubricate (if equipped with zerk fittings). If not using Special Operating Conditions T, I and D. Inspect and lubricate U-joints. Inspect frequently, service as required.
    Tie Rod End
      Inspect tie rod ends (lubricate if equipped with Zerk fittings). If not using Special Operating Conditions.
    Steering and Suspension
      Inspect steering linkage, ball joints, suspension, tie-rod ends, driveshaft and U-joints; lubricate if equipped with grease fittings.
    Drive Belt
      Inspect accessory drive belts, if NOT using special operating conditions.
    Cooling System
      Inspect engine cooling system and hoses. If not using Special Operating Conditions.
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Inspect brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, brake lines and hoses and parking brake system. Inspect brakes if using Special Operating Conditions I.
    Ball Joint
      Steering Ball Joints
    Ball Joint
      If not using Special Operating Conditions.
Replace
    Wheel Bearing
      Replace wheel bearing grease and grease seals on 4x2 front wheel bearings (if non-sealed bearings), if using Special Operating Conditions I, D, T, and O.
    Spark Plug
      Replace spark plugs, if NOT using special operating conditions.
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Change engine oil every 5,000 miles or 6 months if using Special Operating Conditions T, D, O, E. Change engine oil every 5,000 miles or 6 months or 200 hours of engine operation if using Special Operating Conditions I. If not using Special Operating Conditions T, I, D, O or E.
    Filters
      Climate-controlled seat filter
    Engine Oil
      Change engine oil every 5,000 miles or 6 months if using Special Operating Conditions T, D, O, E. Change engine oil every 5,000 miles or 6 months or 200 hours of engine operation if using Special Operating Conditions I. If not using Special Operating Conditions T, I, D, O or E.
    Cabin Air Filter / Purifier
      Replace cabin air filter (if equipped)
    Air Filter Element
      Replace engine air filter. Replace engine air filter. Inspect frequently, service as required if operating under special conditions I, D, O, E.
Rotate
    Tires
      Rotate tires, inspect tires for wear and measure tread depth if not using Special Operating Conditions T, I, D, O or E. (Vehicles with dual rear wheels should only rotate if unusual wear is noted. Rotate tires, inspect tires for wear, measure tread depth and inspect wheel ends for end play and noise. Vehicles with dual rear wheels should only rotate if unusual wear is noted. For vehicles with different front-to-rear tire pressures, the tire pressure must be adjusted and the tire pressure sensor training must be done. If using Special Operating Conditions T, I, D, O or E.
