Removing And Installing Radiator:

Removing, installing
1. Disconnect ground cable at battery.
2. Drain coolant
3. Remove center section of front end
4. Detach coolant hoses (5, 6) at the coolant outlet connection
5. Pinch off oil pipes (7), slacken at the cooling loop (9) and detach
6. Remove air intake hose (2)
7. Detach coolant hose (3) at the engine
8. Detach boost air hose (4)
9. Take out radiator (1)
10. Remove rubber glands (8)
11. Install in the reverse order
