Procedures

Heat Shield:

Oxygen Sensor:

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the exhaust heat shield.
3. Disconnect the 02 sensor harness connector.
4. Remove the O2 sensor.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the oxygen sensor.
2. Install the heatshield and tighen fasteners to 9 Nm (80 lbs in).
3. Properly position the oxygen sensor wiring harness and connect the electrical connector.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
