Blower Motor Inoperative

BLOWN FUSE

1. Check for blown fuse.
2. Replace blown fuse.

OPEN CIRCUIT

1. Check circuit between ignition switch, blower switch and blower motor assembly.
2. Repair circuit(s) as required.

INOPERATIVE BLOWER MOTOR SWITCH

1. Check switch operation.
2. Replace faulty switch as required.

INOPERATIVE BLOWER MOTOR

1. Check blower motor operation in all operating modes.
2. Replace faulty blower motor assembly.

FAULTY BLOWER MOTOR OPERATION

1. Check control cable/vacuum operation.
2. Reset heater assembly control levers.

NO AIR OUT FROM DEFROSTER OUTLETS

1. Loose defroster assembly-to-heater unit connections.
2. Incorrectly adjusted door actuator cables.

BLOWER SPEED CANNOT BE REGULATED

1. Loose wiring connections.
2. Defective functioning switch.
3. Defective resistor.
