To Unlock Radio Without User Code

It is inevitable that after activating the Theftloc feature the unit will lock when battery voltage is interrupted and the owner can not recall the user code previously used to activate (and needed to unlock) the Theftloc feature. When an owner has forgotten the user code and wants the radio/CD player unlocked, the owner must take the vehicle to the local dealer or Delco radio repair center for assistance.
