Air Temperature Door

AIR TEMPERATURE DOOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the heater/vent module.




2. Remove the heater/vent module screws.
3. Separate the heater/vent module halves.
4. Remove the air temperature door (8).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the air temperature door (8).
2. Assemble the heater/vent module halves.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the heater/vent module screws.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

4. Install the heater/vent module.
