Removal/Installation

REMOVAL
1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove tire and wheel assembly.
3. Remove brake hose mounting bolt from caliper.
4. Remove caliper bolts, then the caliper.

INSTALLATION

Fig. 3 Installing Brake Hose:

1. Install caliper to caliper carrier.
2. Install and torque pin bolts to specifications.
3. Connect brake hose to caliper, Fig. 3.
4. Fill reservoir with brake fluid and bleed brake system. Check brakes for leaks and proper operation.
