When reattaching the control arm, hold the position of wheel center to keep distance of 3 inches at bushing center (B) height, Fig. 2. Bushing will twist if the wheel center height is too high or low. If bushing does twist, bushing will suffer premature damage.
Measure height (B) at front bushing center and set point at height of (B) plus 3 inches, Figs. 3 and 4. Move front rotor assembly by using a suitable floor jack until reaching specification height (A), then tighten the bushing bolts at this time.
