1. Remove 2/3 of brake fluid from master cylinder reservoir with siphon.
2. Raise and support vehicle.
3. Remove tire and wheel.
4. Position C-clamp around outer brake pad and caliper and tighten until caliper piston is recessed completely into its bore.
5. Remove brake hose E-clip.
6. Remove two caliper carrier mounting bolts.
7. Lift caliper and caliper carrier along with brake pads, off of brake rotor and suspend with wire to prevent damage to brake hose.
8. Remove brake rotor from wheel hub. If rotor cannot be removed by hand, install two 8 mm bolts into threaded holes in rotor. Tightening bolts will force rotor off of wheel hub.
9. Reverse procedure to install, noting to Torque caliper carrier mounting bolts to 65 ft. lbs.
