Compressor Clutch Relay: Service and Repair

A/C Condenser Fan & Compressor Clutch Relay:






The following procedure applies to both the A/C compressor clutch relay and the A/C condenser fan relay. They are located between the battery and the fuse box in the engine compartment.


Remove or Disconnect

1. Negative (-) battery cable.
2. Full relay(s) from mounting bracket.
3. Electrical connector from relay(s).

Install or Connect

1. Relay electrical connector(s).
2. Relay(s) into mounting bracket.
3. Negative (-) battery cable.
