Maintenance Light Reset

Three maintenance lamps are located on the lower portion of the speedometer to indicate service intervals for engine oil, oil filter and other required service. At approximately 7,500 miles, these maintenance lamps will change from green to yellow, indicating service is required. After completing the required service, the maintenance lamps may be reset by inserting the ignition key into the appropriate slot, on the instrument below the indicator lamp, Fig. 1. When the ignition key is inserted into the slot, the indicator lamp should change to green.
