SERVICE ADVISOR

1. Inspect the tires for premature and/or irregular tire wear. If they are worn, discuss the following items with the customer.

^ Explain that you will replace the worn tires, on a pro rata basis, with tires having improved wear characteristics. In addition, the front and rear end alignment will be checked and adjusted.

^ Explain the importance of correct tire pressure, as stated in the Owner's Manual and on the driver's door jamb. Emphasize to wagon owners that the recommended rear tire pressure varies with loading.

^ Explain the importance of periodic tire rotation to increased tire life. Show the customer the tire rotation pattern below. This rotation pattern supersedes the information given in the Owner's Manual for these models.
