Before troubleshooting;
check the No. 15
(10 A) and No. 24
(15 A) fuses in the under-dash fuse/relay box, and the No. 41
(80 A), No. 39
(50 A), and No. 42
(15 A) fuses in the under-hood fuse/relay box.

check that the horn works.

check the tachometer for proper operation.
