Radiator Cooling Fan: Service and Repair

Radiator Fan Replacement
1. Drain the engine coolant.






2. Removal the bolt (A) securing the battery clamp, then remove the bulkhead cover (B).
3. Remove the upper radiator hose .
4. Disconnect the fan motor connectors.
5. Remove the fan to radiator mounting bolts (6x1.0 mm)
6. Remove Radiator fan assembly.
7. Install fan assembly in reverse order.
8. Fill the radiator with engine coolant and bleed the air.
