NOTE: Before troubleshooting.
- Check for PGM-FI and body DTC's.
- Check the No.13 (20 A) fuse in the under-hood fuse/relay box, and the No.18 (15 A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box.
- Check that the horn sounds.
- Check the speedometer to see if it works properly.
