Evaporator Temperature Sensor Replacement

4-door

1. Open the glove box. Remove the damper from the glove box, then release the glove box stops and let the glove box hang down.




2. Remove the relays from the bracket.




3. Disconnect the 2P connector (A) from the evaporator temperature sensor (B), then remove the connector clip (C). Remove the self-tapping screw, aid carefully pull out the evaporator temperature sensor.
4. Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal.

2-door

1. Open the glove box. Remove the damper from the glove box, then release the glove box stops and let the glove box hang down.




2. Remove the relays from the bracket.




3. Disconnect the 2P connector (A) from the evaporator temperature sensor (B), then remove the connector clip (C). Remove the self-tapping screw, and carefully pull out the evaporator temperature sensor.
4. Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal.
