Headliner Removal/Installation

NOTE:
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- To remove and install the headliner, remove the roof from the body.
- Have an assistant help you remove and install the headliner.
- Take care not to bend or scratch the headliner.

1. Remove these items:
- B-pillar trim, both sides
- Hardtop lock handle, both sides
- Upper door glass weatherstrip, front edge portions from both sides as necessary




2. Remove both front edge portions of the upper door glass weatherstrips (A)
3. Release the clips (B) by sliding the headliner (C) forward, then remove the headliner.
4. Install the headliner in the reverse order of removal, and check that the clips are securely attached to the roof.
