DTC 81: Central Processing Unit (CPU)

1. Clear the DTCs with the HDS.
2. Turn the ignition switch OFF, then turn the ignition switch ON (II).
3. Check for DTCs with the HDS.

Does the ABS indicator come on, and is DTC 81 indicated?

YES - Replace the VSA modulator-control unit.

NO - Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
