Audio disc changer does not load all six discs

NOTE:
- Check the vehicle battery condition first.
- Disc labels should not be used in the audio unit. They may damage the player mechanism.

1. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
2. Turn on the audio unit and try loading six discs into the audio unit (in-dash disc changer)/CD changer.

Does the audio unit accept all six discs?

YES - Intermittent failure, the audio unit is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections.

NO - Go to step 2.

3. Try loading the disc player with six known-good discs.

Does the audio unit (in-dash disc changer)/CD changer, accept all six discs?

YES - At least one of the original discs is faulty.

NO -
- With navigation: Replace CD changer.
- Without navigation: Replace audio unit.
