Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Probable cause: Climate control unit malfunction

2. Do the climate control power and ground circuit troubleshooting Climate Control Power and Ground Circuit Troubleshooting (With Climate Control)

Also check for:

- HVAC DTCs How to Troubleshoot the Climate Control System
- Blown fuse No. 16 (7.5 A) in the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box
- Poor ground at G401
- Poor or loose connections at the terminals
