Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Probable cause: HVAC control malfunction

2. Do the HVAC control power and ground circuit troubleshooting HVAC Control Power and Ground Circuit Troubleshooting (Without Climate Control)

Also check for:

- HVAC DTCs How to Troubleshoot the Heating and A/C Systems
- Blown fuse No. 16 (7.5 A) in the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box
- Faulty blower motor relay
- Poor ground at G401
- Poor or loose connections at the terminals
