1. Do the battery terminal disconnection procedure. Procedures

2. Remove the driver's dashboard lower cover Drivers Dashboard Lower Cover Removal/Installation and the steering column covers. Steering Column Removal and Installation

3. Disconnect the 7P connector (A) from the ignition switch (B).






4. Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table.

5. If the continuity checks do not agree with the table, replace the ignition switch. Service and Repair

6. Do the battery terminal reconnection procedure. Procedures
