VSA OFF switch does not work (VSA cannot be turned OFF) ('09 model)

Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Symptom troubleshooting. Symptom Troubleshooting

2. Substitute a known-good VSA modulator-control unit, then recheck. If it is OK, replace the original VSA modulator-control unit. Service and Repair
