Rear Wiper Blade May Be Damaged or Missing
SYMPTOM
The rear wiper blade may be damaged or missing from the vehicle.
PROBABLE CAUSE
When the rear wiper blade is not in its holder, the rear wiper arm can swing away from the vehicle. If this happens during a car wash, the wiper blade can get caught in the car washing equipment, causing it to break off or get damaged.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Install a new rear wiper arm and, if needed, a new wiper blade. Attach the new arm with the blade end about 1 inch lower than the original arm's installed position.
