Left Tailgate Lower Hinge Replacement

NOTE: Put on gloves to protect your hands.

1. Remove the tailgate. Tailgate Removal

2. With a maker, make reference lines (A) on two sides of the left tailgate lower hinge (B) for reinstallation.






3. Remove the bolts using a TORX T50 bit, then remove the left tailgate lower hinge (A).

4. Install the lower hinge in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- Apply multipurpose grease to the checker portion.

- Do the tailgate position adjustment.
