Rear Panel Insulator Replacement

Special Tools Required

- KTC trim tool set SOJATP2014*

NOTE:

- Put on gloves to protect your hands.

- Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

- Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.

1. Remove these items:
- Rear seat assembly Rear Seat Removal/Installation

- C-pillar trim, both sides Interior Trim Removal/Installation - Pillar Areas

- Rear seat belt lower anchor, both sides Rear Seat Belt Replacement

- Rear seat side trim, both sides Service and Repair

- Subwoofer, for some models Speaker Test/Replacement

2. Remove the clips, and release the rear panel insulator (A) from the wire harnesses (B) on both sides, then remove the insulator.

3. Install the insulator in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.

- Make sure none of the wire harnesses are pinched.
