Front Seat Linkage Disassembly/Reassembly - Driver's Manual Height Adjustable

- The operation of the driver's seat position sensor must be checked after any of these actions Drivers Seat Position Sensor Operation Check:
- Driver's seat position sensor replacement

- Cover plate (front side of driver's seat slide rail) replacement

NOTE:

- To remove the slide lever, slide the front seat forward fully, then lightly tap the lever out to disconnect both ends of it from the springs in both seat tracks.

- Put on gloves to protect your hands.

- Apply oil to the pivot portions of the slide lock.

- Apply multipurpose grease to the sliding parts and pivot portions of the seat tracks.
