1. Probable cause: Climate control unit malfunction

2. Do the Climate Control Power and Ground Circuit Troubleshooting Climate Control Power and Ground Circuit Troubleshooting (With Climate Control)

Also check for:

- HVAC DTCs How to Troubleshoot the Climate Control System
- Blown fuse No. 30 (10 A) in the under-dash fuse/relay box
- Faulty blower motor relay
- Poor ground at G402
- Poor or loose connections at the terminals
