Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Probable cause: HVAC control unit malfunction

2. Do the HVAC Control Power and Ground Circuit Troubleshooting HVAC Control Power and Ground Circuit Troubleshooting (Without Climate Control)

Also check for:

- HVAC DTCs How to Troubleshoot the Heating and A/C Systems
- Blown fuse No. 30 (10 A) in the under-dash fuse/relay box
- Faulty blower motor relay
- Poor ground at G402
- Poor or loose connections at the terminals
