Hazard Warning Switch Test/Replacement

1. Remove the center vent Dashboard Center Vent Removal/Installation.

2. Remove the hazard warning switch (A), and disconnect the 6P connector from the switch.






3. Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table.





4. If the continuity is not as specified for terminals 5 and 6, replace the switch. If the continuity is not as specified for terminals 3 and 4, replace the bulb (B) or hazard warning switch.

5. Install the switch in the reverse order of removal.
