Front Grille Removal and Installation
Removal
1. Front Grille
1. Apply protective tape (A) to the front grille lower trim (B).
2. Remove the clips (C) and detach the hooks (D).
3. Insert a shop towel (A) between the front grille (B) and the front grille lower trim (C).
4. Insert a flat-tip screwdriver (A) into the opening at the front grille (B), then turn the screwdriver to detach the clip (C). Repeat this step on the opposite side.
5. Remove the front grille (A).
2. Front Bumper Upper Duct
1. Remove the clips (A), then remove the front bumper upper duct (B).
3. Front Grille Bracket
1. Remove the clips (A), then remove the front grille bracket (B).
4. Front Grille Molding
1. Remove the screws (A), then remove the front grille upper molding (B), the front grille middle moldings (C), the front grille lower molding (D), and the front emblem base (E) from the front grille base (F).
Installation
1. Front Grille Molding
1. Install the front grille upper molding (A), the front grille middle moldings (B), the front grille lower molding (C), and the front emblem base (D) to the front grille base (E), then install the screws (F).
2. Front Grille Bracket
1. Install the front grille bracket (A). Make sure the clips (B) snap into place securely.
3. Front Bumper Upper Duct
1. Install the front bumper upper duct (A). Make sure the clips (B) snap into place securely.
4. Front Grille
1. Install the front grille (A) by pushing on the clip areas until the clips snap into place.
2. Install the clips (B).
