Interior Trim Removal and Installation - Door Areas

Removal

1. Front Door Sill Trim





1. Detach the hooks (A) and the tabs (B) from the kick panel (C) and the B-pillar lower trim (D), and pull up the front door inner sill trim (E) by hand to detach the clips (F), then remove the trim.

2. If necessary, detach the front door opening seal (G) as needed, then pull up the front door outer sill trim (H) by hand to detach the clips (I), then remove the trim.

2. Kick Panel (For Removal/Installation)

Driver's side





Passenger's side





1. Pull out the front door opening seal (A) as needed from the kick panel hooks and the door opening flange.

2. Pull back the kick panel by hand to detach the clips (B), then remove the driver's side kick panel (C) or the passenger's side kick panel (D).

3. Front Door Opening Seal





1. Pull out the front door opening seal (A) from the trim hooks (B) around the front door opening flange.

4. Rear Door Sill Trim





1. Pull the release strap to fold down the rear seat, then lift-up and latch the rear seat-back in the upright position.

2. Detach the hooks (A) and the tab (B) from the B-pillar lower trim (C) and the rear side trim panel (D), and pull up the rear door inner sill trim (E) by hand to detach the clips (F, G), then remove the trim.

3. If necessary, detach the rear door opening seal (G) as needed, then pull up the rear door outer sill trim (H) by hand to detach the clips (I), then remove the trim.

5. Rear Door Opening Seal





1. Pull out the rear door opening seal (A) from the trim hooks (B) around the rear door opening flange, then remove the seal.

Installation

1. Rear Door Opening Seal





1. Install the rear door opening seal (A). Make sure the seal is installed securely into the hooks (B).

2. Rear Door Sill Trim





1. Tip up the rear seat cushions.

2. Install the rear door outer sill trim (A), then install the rear door opening seal (B).

3. Install the rear door inner sill trim (C). Make sure the clips (D, E, F), the tab (G), and the hooks (H) snap into place securely.

3. Front Door Opening Seal As Needed





1. Install the front door opening seal (A). Make sure the seal is installed securely into the hooks (B).

4. Kick Panel (For Removal/Installation)

Driver's side





Passenger's side





1. Install the driver's kick panel (A) or the passenger's kick panel (B). Make sure the clips (C) snap into place securely.

2. Install the front door opening seal (D).

5. Front Door Sill Trim





1. Install the front door outer sill trim (A), then install the front door opening seal (B).

2. Install the front door inner sill trim (C). Make sure the clips (D, E), the tabs (F), and the hooks (G) snap into place securely.
