Moonroof Glass Position Adjustment

Removal

1. Moonroof Glass - Position Check




The roof panel (A) should be even with the glass weatherstrip (B), to within 0+1/-1 mm (0+0.04/-0.04 in) all the way around. If not, make the following adjustment:

2. Moonroof Link Cover - Both Sides





NOTE: Repeat on the opposite side.

1. Carefully pry out the cover (A), then remove the screw (B).

2. Remove the moonroof link cover (C).

Adjustment

1. Moonroof Glass - Position Adjustment





1. Slightly loosen the TORX screws with a TORX T25 bit.

2. Move the glass (A) up or down and forward or rearward.

3. Tighten all screws securely.

4. If necessary, repeat on the opposite side.

Installation

1. Moonroof Link Cover - Both Sides





NOTE: Repeat on the opposite side

1. Install the moonroof link cover (A), then install the screw (B).

2. Install the cover (C).

2. Moon Roof Control Unit - Reset

1. Do the moon roof control unit resetting procedure Testing and Inspection.
