Check the No. B29 (10 A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box.

Do the cruise control combination switch test Testing and Inspection.

Do the audio remote switch test Audio Remote Switch Test.

Also check for

Open circuit, loose or disconnected terminals: RED, BLU and WHT wire
