Wireless remote control does not work (rear power button)
NOTE:
- Check the wireless remote control battery condition first.
- The audio-navigation unit or the audio unit main and REAR POWER must be on before the wireless remote control power button will operate.
- You need to switch the audio-navigation unit or audio unit REAR POWER button on for the rear display, remote controls, and sound to operate.
1. Press the REAR POWER button on the audio-navigation unit or the audio unit.
Is the opening window displayed in the rear screen for 4 seconds?
YES -
Go to step 2.
NO -
Go to RES power will not turn on troubleshooting:
- Ultrawide RES type RES Power Will Not Turn On (Ultrawide RES Type).
- RES type RES Power Will Not Turn On (With Rear Entertainment (RES Type)).
2. Press the wireless remote control power button several times.
Does the rear screen turn off and turn on?
YES -
Operation is normal at this time.
NO -
Replace the wireless remote control battery Service and Repair, and recheck. If the symptom/indication is still present, replace the wireless remote control.
