Wireless remote control does not work (source select buttons)

NOTE:

- Check the wireless remote control battery condition first.
- You need to switch the audio unit REAR POWER button on for the rear display, remote controls, and sound to operate.

1. Check the wireless remote control operation.

Does the wireless remote control operate normally?

YES -

Operation is normal at this time.

NO -

Go to step 2.

2. Do the rear entertainment system Self-Diagnostic Function Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview with the wireless remote control.

Does the diagnostic display come on?

YES -

Replace the rear controller and screen:

- Ultrawide RES type.
- RES type.

NO -

Replace the wireless remote control battery Service and Repair, and recheck. If the symptom/indication is still present, replace the wireless remote control.
