A/T Gear Position Indicator Panel Light Harness Replacement

NOTE:

- The A/T gear position indicator panel light harness is not available separately from the park pin switch and the D3 switch connector harness; replace the A/T gear position indicator panel light harness/park pin switch/D3 switch connector harness, and the connector as a set.
- Refer to the Shift Lever Disassembly and Reassembly Shift Lever Disassembly/Reassembly as needed during the following procedures.

1. Remove the shift lever assembly Shift Lever Removal.

2. Disconnect the D3 switch connector (A), and remove the connector clip (B).






3. Remove the A/T gear position indicator panel light socket (A) from the A/T gear position indicator panel (B), and remove the A/T gear position indicator panel light bulb (C) from the socket.






4. Remove the park pin switch (A) by expanding its locks (B) from the shift lever bracket. Remove the A/T gear position indicator panel light harness/park pin switch/D3 switch connector harness (C), and the connector clamp (D).






5. Install a new A/T gear position indicator panel light harness/park pin switch/D3 switch connector harness (A).





6. Route the A/T gear position indicator panel light harness/park pin switch/D3 switch connector harness in the connector clamp.

7. Install the light bulb (B) in the A/T gear position indicator panel light socket (C).

8. Install the A/T gear position indicator panel light socket (A) in the A/T gear position indicator panel (B).






9. Install the D3 switch connector clip (A), and connect the D3 switch connector (B).





10. Install the shift lever assembly Shift Lever Installation.
