Do the cruise control combination switch test Testing and Inspection.
Do the cruise control input test Component Tests and General Diagnostics.
Test the cancel switch signal input.
Check for PGM-FI DTCs How To Troubleshoot The Fuel And Emissions Systems (Except FFV Model).
Also check for
Open circuit, loose or disconnected terminals: RED, ORN or GRY wire (with HandsFreeLink), PUR, RED, WHT or GRY wire (without HandsFreeLink)
