Checking Automatic Speed Control Cancellation

1. Set speed control, then press cancel button and ensure speed control disengages.
2. Set speed control, then press brake pedal and ensure speed control disengages.
3. On models with manual transaxle, set speed control, then press clutch pedal and ensure speed control disengages.
4. Set speed control, then move shift lever to "N range and ensure speed control disengages.
