EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION SOLENOID VALVE

Description
The exhaust gas recirculation solenoid valve is a duty control type solenoid valve, which makes control by leaking exhaust gas recirculation valve operating negative pressure to the throttle body a port.

Troubleshooting Hint
If the results of exhaust gas recirculation solenoid valve on-vehicle and off-vehicle inspections are normal but the diagnostic trouble code for exhaust gas recirculation system failure is displayed, check the exhaust gas recirculation valve, vacuum hose and exhaust gas recirculation passage for blocking.
