Inspect/Adjust
    Drum Brake System
      Check rear drum brake systems for wear, damage or leaks. Adjust as necessary.
Tighten/Torque
    Body and Frame
      Bolts and nuts on chassis and body.
Inspect
    Wheel Bearing
      Inspect condition of wheel bearings and grease. Repack as necessary.
    Suspension
      Check suspension ball joints and dust covers. Check all suspension mounting bolts and nuts for tightness.
    Steering
      Inspect steering gear rack, linkage and boots.
    Parking Brake System
      Check adjustment and holding power.
    Fluid - M/T
    Exhaust System
      Check exhaust pipes, mufflers and connections and mountings.
    Drive Axles, Bearings and Joints
      Check the drive shafts, boots and clamps for cracks, deterioration, or damage. Replace any damaged parts and, if necessary, repack the grease.
    Disc Brake System
      Inspect pads, calipers and rotors for wear, damage and warpage.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Inspect for damage, leaks and deterioration.
Replace
    Timing Belt
      Inspect and replace any associated components found to be faulty.
    Spark Plug
      Replace with correct type and gap according to manufacturers specification. More frequent service may be required if idled extensively or towing a trailer.
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Replace engine oil filter at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
    Fluid - A/T
    Engine Oil
      Replace engine oil at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
    Drive Belt
    Coolant
      Replace coolant at least every 2 years.
    Brake Fluid
    Air Filter Element
      Extremely dusty or sandy conditions may require more frequent service of this component.
Rotate
    Tires
      Inspect for damage, proper inflation and uneven wear. Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
