Inspect/Adjust
    Drive Belt
      Inspect all drive belts condition and tension. Adjust as necessary.
Check
    Heating and Air Conditioning
      Check A/C operation and performance. Check the air conditioning lines and connections for leakage and damage. Check air conditioning performance according to the relevant shop manual if necessary.
Tighten/Torque
    Suspension
      Check and retighten mounting bolts if necessary. Check ball joints for wear.
Inspect
    Timing Belt
      Inspect all parts related to the timing belt for damage and deformation. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
    Steering
      Inspect gearbox for wear, damage and leaks. Check linkages and boots for wear and damage.
    Power Steering Pump
      Inspect power steering pump and belt at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever occurs first.
    Power Steering
      Inspect the pump, belt and hoses for leakage, wear and tightness. Adjust belt as necessary.
    Parking Brake System
      Check parking brake adjustment and holding power.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Inspect fuel lines, hoses and connections. Check for leaks and damage. Check tightness of fuel clamps, retighten if needed.
    Fuel Filler Cap
      Check cap and filler neck for leakage or damage.
    Fluid - M/T
      Check fluid level and condition. Add fluid as necessary.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect for cracks, leakage and corrosion. Check shields for debris.
    Evaporative Emissions Hose
      Check vapor hoses for damage and deterioration.
    Drum Brake System
      Check the rear brake drums and linings for scoring, burning, leaking fluid, broken parts, and excessive wear.
    Drive Axles, Bearings and Joints
      Check the drive shafts, boots and clamps for cracks, deterioration, or damage.
    Disc Brake System
      Check the pads for excessive wear, discs for run out and wear, and calipers for fluid leakage.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Inspect hoses and lines for wear, damage and corrosion.
Replace
    Oil Filter, Engine
    Fluid - A/T
      Replace fluid and filter.
    Engine Oil
    Coolant
      Flush system and replace coolant. Inspect water pump and hoses.
    Brake Fluid
    Air Filter Element
      Extremely dusty conditions may require more frequent service of this component.
Rotate
    Tires
      This service is recommended, but not required.
