The multipurpose check connector in the 2000 Sonata has been changed from an 8 pin connector to a 10 pin connector.








Please refer to illustration of the multipurpose check connector schematic diagram and the new check connector configuration.

Please record this information and the TSB number on page SD-59 and CC-2 of the Sonata (EF) Electrical Troubleshooting Manual (ETM) for future reference.
